About The Ministry

The Purpose of this Ministry is to Building the next generation of leaders through Vocational Skills Training and Equipping the Youth and Young Adults with Integrity, Honesty and Self-discipline to attain their desired goal.  The Ministry will help the Youth and Young Adults to acquire the necessary “on-the-job professional training opportunity” (skills acquisition.) The Ministry will introduce the Youth and Young Adults to three different professional areas, after few months of observation and participation in each professional area, the Youth and Young Adults will make the decision on which particular profession he or she is more interested to continue and become an expert in that particular area.
Skills Acquisition Program -  We contact and establish professional relationship with leaders in different professions where Young People can have access to observe experts in their profession. Young People in this program will observe and perform hands-on-the-job training. This helps the Young People to actually learn on the job from Experts in their profession. We found out that many Young People after completing Elementary school or Secondary school education usually face problems getting employed or they are not able to stand on their own as a Professional.
